10m-euro residential project in Piata Sudului

The RCC Group will be investing about 10 million euros in developing a residential project located in the Piata Sudului area (Soseaua Oltenitei) in the capital. The complex will include 196 flats made up of 2 or 3 rooms plus a penthouse. "We have already sold 5 flats and reserved another 10 flats, with the down-payment due to be paid within 30 days. The land where the residential complex will be located is owned by the company", stated Monica Cotenescu, sales and marketing director with the RCC Group (Real Construction Companies Group). The company is 50% owned by Turkish private investors and 50% by a company with Romanian capital, according to Trade Registry data. The size of each flat will vary from 75 square metres to 230 square metres, and prices will stand at 700 to 800 euros per square metre, including VAT. Con struction works will begin in March and will be completed within two years, the RCC Group official added. The blocks of flats will be structured on two underground levels, a ground floor and an additional 11 floors, with six flats per floor. RCC is the project''s developer and constructor. ZF
