Eckerle builds factory in Cluj

Germany''s Eckerle Group, a supplier of products for the automotive industry, will allocate 2.6 million euros for the construction of a factory in Cluj-Napoca, a project funded by the Austria-based firm Immoconsult through operational leasing, the first such operation in Romania, a release of Immoconsult reads. "In order to boost its production capacity, Eckerle built a production facility in the city of Cluj-Napoca. Instead of taking out a loan, the company will implement this investment in the form of an operational leasing plan. "Eckerle''s partner in this programme is real estate and leasing specialist Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft, which will be the first company to introduce this type of funding in Romania," the release of the Austrian company says.
