Oradea-based Saer is considering the possibility of building a wind farm in Carei, Satu Mare county, with investments worth around 75 million euros. Saer Oradea has requested the approval of the local authorities in order to carry out the investment, said the mayor of Carei county, Beko Tamas. He specified Saer would make air current measurements, and, depending on the test results, would decide whether to carry out the project, and where it would be located. The company has agreed that the local authorities in Carei receive 25,000 euros each year, when the wind farm becomes operational. Saer Oradea has a share capital worth 5,000-RON. The company has six partners, four Italian nationals (Franco Trivigno, with a 40% stake, Antonio de Luca - 15%, Michele Cimetti and Giancarlo Macrini), and two Romanians (Octavian Dan and Dumitru Tiplea, each with 16% of the shares).
