Dacia Logan sales on the German market, the primary export destination for Automobile Dacia in 2009, dropped by 21% in the first two months of this year, to 1,558 units, while Dacia Sandero demand maintained at an almost constant level of 2,518 units (-1% from January-February 2010), according to the statistical data provided by KBA (German federal transport authority). Individuals continue to account for most of Dacia brand's clients, with just 27% of Logan and 13.8% of Sandero purchases being made by companies, according to KBA data. In the first month of the year sales on the German market, where Dacia in 2009 sold almost 85,000 units, stayed close to the value of January 2009, but in February Dacia Logan acquisitions fell by 48% and Sandero ones by 27%. Things are completely different in France, the company's second export market, where sales hit almost 66,000 units. January and February data centralised by French Carmakers' Committee (CCFA) indicate Dacia sales doubling up in France, to almost 15,000 units, from around 6,800 units a year ago.
