From PR to the Board: Nadia Crisan joins Ford Romania’s Board of Directors
Nadia Crisan, managing director of McGuireWoods, the PR and
consultancy firm of Ford Romania, and Paul Flanagan, managing
director of the National Sales Company joined Ford Romania's Board
of Directors on 19th of March.
Nadia Crisan, 32, has previously worked as a reporter for TVR in
the nineties and lived in the United States for nine years, where
she attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of the Tufts
University of Boston. While in the United States she worked for the
Romanian embassy to this country. She came back to Romania in 2007
as part of the negotiator team of Ford Europe for the takeover of
the plant in Craiova.
Ford Romania's board comprises seven members and is headed by Kevin
Reynolds, Ford Europe's director of business strategy.
Ford Motor Company became a 100% shareholder in Automobile Craiova
in March after having taken over 22% from SIF Oltenia along with
the other minority stakes from more than 12,000 people last year.
