How the Voltaj frontman got burned on the Stock Exchange

Calin Goia, frontman of Voltaj band, started his career as a Stock Exchange investor enthusiastically, making over 50% profits in the first three years, with the easy earnings making him fully trust his broker at Broker Cluj securities firm who engaged in margin trading without his approval. Broker Cluj brought Goia before court to recoup a 500,000-RON loan and the interests for margin trading, but the artist says the broker traded without his approval. He also says he won the case, but is now left with illiquid shares in his portfolio, which he can only sell at a significant loss.
