At what prices Bucharest houses trade during the summer

With prices ranging between 38,900 euros and 345,000 euros, houses and apartments are still being traded in Bucharest during the summer, in line with real estate agencies in the city, but prices have slumped further, also at the level of the notary charts drawn up at the start of the year, depending on which taxes and notary fees are set, shows a ZF analysis. Recently traded housing units include a 36-sqm studio in Lujerului-Militari area, for a price of 38,900 euros, as well as a 7-room villa built in 1891 in George Co[buc area, a 250-sqm housing unit for which buyers paid 345,000 euros, according to the representatives of Mo[ilor agency part of Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania network. Two-room apartments sell instead at prices of between 41,000 euros in Militari-Uverturii area (45 square metres) and 73,000 in Vitan, Avia]iei or C`derea Bastiliei, according to the same sources.
