The queues that have formed in recent days in front of pension house offices or employment agencies have gone unnoticed by Government representatives, who either believe they do not exist, or consider them to be normal for this period of the month.

Mihai Şeitan announced that people who are late in filing this month's statements would not be fined, but his announcement has no legal basis, analysts say.
