Romar clinics follow Rompetrol on Petromidia and Vega platforms
Romar group of clinics, with operations on the private healthcare services market, opened two clinics that operate on the platforms Petromidia (Năvodari) and Vega (Ploieşti), refineries that are part of Rompetrol group.
Romar projects, bringing 3,400 subscribers, do not follow the
market trend in line with which operators were willing to invest in
clinics located in malls and office buildings to secure turnovers
as high as possible.
"This year, we opened two clinics for corporate clients, one in
Năvodari, on Petromidia platform, and another one in Ploieşti, on
Vega platform. We also invested in equipment for the existing labs
and clinics. The value of investments revolved around 190,000
euros," said Liliana Hagicalil, general medical manager of Romar
group.
The group has budgeted 20-25% higher turnover for 2011 from this
year's 10.5m-euro level. The growth will come on the opening of a
hospital outside Bucharest and on the rising number of corporate
subscriptions.
