Romsys IT services provider targets 10% growth next year
Romsys, one of the biggest IT services provider domestically,
with 24m-euro turnover in 2009, counts on 10% higher revenues next
year, says Radu Voicu, who is to be promoted next month as the
company's sales manager.
"Our target is to get a 10% increase for Romsys next year as well,
thus cementing our position on the market," Voicu told ZF.
With a 10-year experience in the IT industry, the manager is to
climb in the company's hierarchy after handling sales to utilities
companies this year. He previously worked for Softwin and Fair
Value companies.
"My activity at Romsys started in early 2009, on the Industry Sales
Leader position. It was quite a difficult year, considering the
main activities were centred on generating opportunities from the
area of private companies, where the crisis has hit really hard,
but which has also reacted very rapidly to falling revenues despite
declining costs that implicitly hurt IT investments. In early 2010
I took over the position of Executive Sales Director Enterprise,
which includes the responsibility for Romsys' sales strategy to
utilities. For us, 2010 has been a very good year, during which we
managed to keep the upward trend," Voicu stated.
