Volksbank about to moving to Nusco Tower
Volksbank, the sixth largest bank domestically in terms of
assets, is one step away from renting a space of around 7,000
square metres in Nusco Tower office building of Bucharest, close to
Aurel Vlaicu underground station, according to ZF
information.
The building is developed by the Italian businesspeople family
Nusco.
The Austrians have been seeking for some time a space to relocate
in, considering central office employees are now split in six
separate buildings in Bucharest.
The contract should be signed for a five-year period, according to
ZF sources, with the estimated value of rents revolving around 7m
euros, taking into account an average rent of 17 euros/square
metre/month in the area.
Oracle, Bayer, Centrofarm and Raiffeisen Leasing have also rented
spaces in Nusco Tower, while A&D Pharma operates an Anima
medical clinic on the first floor of the 18-storey building.
Investments in Nusco Tower amounted to 34m euros plus the land
plot, with construction funding being provided by UniCredit.
The representatives of Volksbank, Nusco Tower and The Advisers
Knight Frank, the project broker, did not comment on the
information by edition close.
