Zara owner brings Stradivarius and Pull and Bear to Unirea Shopping Center
Two new stores will join the tenant mix on the ground floor of
central Bucharest's Unirea shopping centre, with Spanish clothing
retailer Inditex bringing another two stores of the group into the
central area of the complex - Stradivarius and Pull and Bear -
after opening Zara and Bershka in the past two years.
The former tenants that had stores located in between cosmetics
retailer Douglas and the space that will accommodate the future
H&M store, have already cleared up to make room for the Spanish
retailer.
"Stadivarius and Pull and Bear will open stores on the ground
floor, more specifically in the central area of Unirea shopping
centre," sources from the retail market told ZF.
This means the Adamescu family, who controls the Unirea shopping
centres in Bucharest and Brasov, will change the entire portfolio
of ground floor retailers in less than two years' time, with the
shopping centre set to consolidate its status as Bucharest's
starting point for shopping.
Unirea Shopping Center and Inditex representatives had provided any
comment by edition close.
