Colliers makes 3.9m euros, up 35%, with 30-year old managers

Colliers International, one of the biggest players on the real estate consultancy market, posted a 35% turnover increase in 2010, to around 3.9 million euros, returning to profit with a managing team whose average age does not exceed 30.

Recently, DTZ Echinox has also presented its financial results for 2010, which in turn reveal a 5% increase in revenues, to 2.8 million euros.

The biggest contributor to Colliers' 2010 was the retail department, run by Georgiana Andrei, 30, while the industrial and office segments recorded a lower volume of transactions.

The investment segment is supervised by New Zealander Blake Horsley (36), while the industrial department is led by Viorel OpaiĊ£ (31), with the two also involved in the company's office department.
