Asmita Gardens left without sales team

The sales team of the Asmita Gardens housing complex inBucharest, which consists of over 800 apartments, has ended itsactivity, although nearly half the homes in the seven tower blocksbuilt on Splaiul Unirii Avenue in the Mihai Bravu area are yetunsold.

The project, developed by India's Asmita and by a Britishinvestment fund, is among the largest in Bucharest, with around 420apartments sold so far.

Atena Ţiplic, who used to be sales manager, alongside another threesales reps and an assistant, have left the project to set up abusiness of their own.

"It is true that I no longer run the sales department of AsmitaGardens as of March. We have opened a rental and propertymanagement firm in the new projects we have sold across the years,"Atena Ţiplic told ZF.

Asmita and ECDC representatives could not be contacted by the timethis issue was ready for print.
