Lina & Guia recruit 2 partners from Gide and Baneasa

Law firm Lina & Guia, set up at the end of last year by Mihai Guia and three former lawyers from CMS Cameron McKenna as well as three other lawyers, expects to reach revenues worth around one million euros by the end of this year, and currently boasts a team of 16 lawyers. The number of partners has increased from two to four, after the team run by Cristian Lina and Mihai Guia was joined by Adrian Iordache, a former lawyer with Baneasa Investments, developers of the Baneasa project in Northern Bucharest, and Cristian Guia, an attorney specialising in real estate, who came from French team Gide Loyrette Nouel. Cristian Guia is Mihai Guia's brother, while Adrian Iordache brought along another three lawyers from the Baneasa developer. "A significant share, 35-40% of the revenues derived by the firm this year has come from legal services provided in the real estate sector, where we have worked for clients such as Omilos, Interex and Primavera Development (developer of business park S-Park in northern Bucharest) (...)," said Cristian Lina, a partner with the firm.
