Sandero cars are more expensive in Romania than in countrieswith a four times higher GDP per capita and four times higherwages, such as Spain, Italy and Germany. In Romania, Sandero costs7,250 euros, while in Italy it costs 6,950 euros, and in Spain andGermany it starts from 6,990 euros. The comparison was made forsimilarly-equipped cars, with all fees included.
"The price policy of any carmaker is determined by severalfactors such as the positioning it targets on the market, taxconditions in that respective country, as well as the rangestructure and the car features available. For instance, the Sanderorange is not the same in Brazil, Russia, South Africa andBulgaria," said Dacia representatives.
