The company that sold several million euros' worth of software to Dinu Patriciu

Magister Software company, with turnoverput at 2m euros this year, has provided IT solutions for 140 Mic.rostores owned by businessman Dinu Patriciu, with the contract worthseveral million euros, Dor Bujor Pădureanu, the company's chairmanand single shareholder, told ZF.

"This is the most important contract signed this year. Westarted the project in spring and we managed, in six months, toprovide the IT solutions for 140 stores. On average, there were 20stores per month," Pădureanu stated.

Magister Software, set up nine years ago, provides IT solutionsespecially to small and medium-sized retailers, with the company'sproducts being currently implemented in over 3,200 storescountrywide.

Magister Software official explained Mic.ro representativescontacted him to get specialised on the district retail market.

Magister supplied the 140 stores with the SmartCash RMSsolution, as well as with hardware parts. Also, the companyprovided training for the small and medium retail segment.

Last year, the company reached 66,400-euro income amid 0.5m-euroturnover, according to Finance Ministry data.
