Volksbank about to moving to Nusco Tower

Volksbank, the sixth largest bank domestically in terms ofassets, is one step away from renting a space of around 7,000square metres in Nusco Tower office building of Bucharest, close toAurel Vlaicu underground station, according to ZFinformation.
The building is developed by the Italian businesspeople familyNusco.
The Austrians have been seeking for some time a space to relocatein, considering central office employees are now split in sixseparate buildings in Bucharest.
The contract should be signed for a five-year period, according toZF sources, with the estimated value of rents revolving around 7meuros, taking into account an average rent of 17 euros/squaremetre/month in the area.
Oracle, Bayer, Centrofarm and Raiffeisen Leasing have also rentedspaces in Nusco Tower, while A&D Pharma operates an Animamedical clinic on the first floor of the 18-storey building.
Investments in Nusco Tower amounted to 34m euros plus the landplot, with construction funding being provided by UniCredit.
The representatives of Volksbank, Nusco Tower and The AdvisersKnight Frank, the project broker, did not comment on theinformation by edition close.
