The deadline for submitting offers is: 10.00 am on 03.10.2003, at the secretariat of our headquarters; the tender will start at 11.00 am, on 03.10.2003.

Tender dossiers can be purchased for 50.000 lei, at the headquarters of the Stamps Factory, starting 22.09.2003.

The tender collateral is 550.000.000 lei, as a Letter of Indemnity or Interest Free Payment Order.
