3TS Capital Partners boosts stake in Romprest

Private equity company 3TS Capital Partners, whose investments stand at more than 30 million euros on the domestic market, has increased its stake in sanitation company Romprest Bucharest (which provides such services in sector one) to 44% and plans to buy another local player on the sanitation market this year. "We increased our stake in Romprest to nearly 44%, and thus became the main shareholder. It was good investment because the company has a high growth potential. The price paid for the 9% stake was higher than if we had bought it last year, when we became shareholders of the company,' stated Mihai Sfintescu, investment manger of 3TS Capital Partners.
