Domo shareholders receive another 12.5m euros from Equest

The shareholders of the home appliances store network Domo will receive another 12.5 million euros by the end of May for a 75% stake, sold in autumn 2007 to Lynx Property, the subsidiary of the investment fund Equest Investment Balkans, a sum, which will bring the value of the transaction to 75 million euros. In September 2007, investment funds RAEF, Westerham and Dominuse collected, in total, 62.5 million euros, with the rest of the sum being conditioned on the financial performance for the whole of 2007. "Two months after receiving the audited results, at some point in May, we should get the rest of the money. By that time, we will have collected 75 million euros in total," explained Lorand Szarvadi, CEO and shareholder of Domo Retail.
