Audi A6 facelift - first model to meet Euro 5 standard

Porsche Romania, importer of the VW-Audi brands on the Romanian market, will sell 36 versions of Audi Models as of next year, which will be equipped with engines that meet Euro 5 standards. "The first model with a Euro 5 engine to be sold on the Romanian market will be the new Audi A6 facelift, which will be launched on the local market this autumn. The engines currently meet the Euro 4 standard and are in the process of being certified as Euro 5 compliant by The Romanian Automobile Registry (RAR)," said Mihai Halmagianu, Audi brand manager, within Porsche Romania, the largest auto importer on the local market, which posted over 1 billion euros in turnover in 2007. The first models which will meet Euro 5 standards are A3, A4, A6, and Q5 & Q7 SUVs.
