After Kandia and Orkla, Ioana Moga takes over marketing of LaDorna brand

French group Lactalis, owner of the LaDorna group - one of the
leading dairy producers on the Romanian market, has recruited Ioana
Moga as marketing manager, who ran the marketing department of
Orkla Foods Romania until the end of last year. "Ioana Moga joined
the Lactalis team at the end of October this year," said
representatives of LaDorna, a company with over 40 million euros in
turnover in 2008, confirming ZF information. Representatives of
Orkla Foods Romania, producer of margarine brands Unirea, Wiesana
and Linco, did not provide details last year about Ioana Moga's
departure from the company. Ioana Moga, 36, is a graduate of the
Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and was marketing manager
of Orkla Foods Romania from the spring of 2006 until the end of
last year.
Previously she had been marketing manager of chocolate
producer Kandia-Excelent, after working with consumer goods
distributor Interbrands and local cosmetics distributor Oriflame.
Within LaDorna dairy producer she replaces Geanina Babiceanu, who
had been marketing manager of the company since last December.
Responsibilities of the LaDorna marketing manager include
coordinating the promotional campaign for UHT milk products, with
four new varieties introduced this year. The campaign, which also
includes TV adverts, the first ones since LaDorna was acquired by
Lactalis in 2008, has been running since the beginning of October,
and will be continued into 2010, according to LaDorna
representatives, who have not, however, specified the amount
invested in the promotional campaign. "This campaign will have a
global effect on the entire brand and support LaDorna's image,"
Ioana Moga told ZF.
