Charcuterie producer Crimbo Prod Carn in Alba county, founded
by Cristi Borcea and sold last year to two businessmen of Iraqi
origin, went bankrupt last week, according to information on the
website of the Alba Court.
"Casa de Insolventa Transilvania SPRL (Transilvania Insolvency
Firm), in its capacity as judicial administrator of Crimbo Prod
Carn, requested the start of the simplified bankruptcy proceedings
in the case of the debtor, in line with the insolvency law, because
neither the company's manager, nor his partners at the time of the
start of insolvency proceedings, could be reached," said lawyer
Nicolae Rusu, representative of Casa de Insolventa Transilvania,
judicial administrator of Crimbo Prod Carn.
The representative of the judiciary administrator says in
mid-June last year the company was registered in the Trade Registry
as having a new shareholder structure, consisting of individuals of
Iraqi origin, Hussein H.
Hassan and Amaar A. Ghanam, who replaced
Cristi Borcea. Later, in July, shareholders changed again,
according to the judicial administrator, and a third change
occurred in November. At present, Crimbo Prod Carn is held by
Haydar R. Hassan (75% of the shares) and Feisal Omar (25%), aged 25
and 23 respectively, according to the Trade Registry.
Cristi Borcea, a shareholder of Dinamo Bucuresti and founder
of the charcuterie producer, could not be contacted by the time
this story was ready for print.
