They are brave, passionate, hard-working, lucky, ambitious, optimistic and have a flair for business; they think long-term, sense the opportunities, devote all their time to developing the business, are stress-resistant, achieve the impossible, and can be recognised from an early age - those are some of the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur.

For businessman Florin Andronescu, founder of Flanco and of Credisson, whose sale brought him 20 million euros, courage is the main feature of an entrepreneur capable of building a successful business.

"Courage is an entrepreneur's main attribute because they need to start a journey without knowing what to expect, even if they have a pre-established plan. They also need confidence, a dose of luck, and perhaps flair. Then you learn as you go along, both from your own experiences, and from others, and even from collaboration with employees," says Andronescu, who is currently business developer of the private medical services business Sanador, whose main investor he is.
