No tenants for Patriciu's Piaţa Romană office building yet
Businessman Dinu Patriciu, who by taking over Fabian real estate investment fund became a significant owner on Bucharest's office market, has not found any tenants for the building he is erecting in Piaţa Romană area of Bucharest, whose completion has been delayed by around three months, to the first quarter of next year.
Patriciu started erecting an office building on a 600-sqm plot
Fabian bought in 2007 for 4.6m euros, namely 7,500 euros/square
metre, one of the most expensive plots of land sold in
Bucharest.
"The project has made significant progress since last summer and
works are going on, but there are indeed small delays. The new term
was set for the first quarter of next year," stated the
representatives of Dinu Patriciu Global Services, under which the
billionaire manages his real estate portfolio.
The building will also have two underground levels with a 36-spot
car park, and the lettable office area will amount to 2,300 square
metres.
