Entrepreneurs who are able to develop businesses with fast growth rates need to become more visible, be genuine superstars, both in Romania and all over the world, because this can help them grow even more and, in addition, it contributes to developing the economy by changing mentalities, believes Anne Habiby, co-founder of All World Network, an organisation that promotes entrepreneurship.

She was the special guest at the gala organised yesterday evening by Ziarul Financiar and private equity company Enterprise Investors to reward local companies with the highest growth rates.

"In the 1980s, when the UK was in full crisis, on the edge of the precipice, the then Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher brought along a few entrepreneurs, such as Richard Branson, wherever she went, so they became important, genuine superstars. This contributed significantly to exiting the crisis," Anne Habiby says.

All World is a non-governmental organisation, which discovers and promotes entrepreneurs from the United States and several countries in Asia. The organisation was set up in the United States three years ago, with one of its partners being Harvard University.
