Financial investment company (SIF) Banat-Crisana Arad made 300bn ROL net profit last year - preliminary financial results show, 22% more than in 2001. This result is 20% higher than estimated early last year. Net earnings per share reach about 550 ROL. The company officials told Ziarul Financiar they would propose 400 ROL/share gross dividend to the shareholders. The General Meeting of the Shareholders is scheduled for March 28, with only those shareholders registered by February 7 allowed to attend and scheduled to get dividends. The shares of this SIF are following a downward trend on the Stock Exchange, just like all the other SIFs, since the reference date for paying dividends has passed. The latest price reached 2,350 ROL so that the market capitalisation calculated at this price is $38.2 million. Last year's revenues totalled 487bn ROL, while spending reached 155bn ROL. ZF
