Adobe Romania, the domestic subsidiary ofthe world's biggest producer of graphic design applications, ishiring 11 people on positions such as database managers, softwaredevelopers or cloud computing specialists, according to datapublished on the company's website.
"The company currently has 170 employees and we'll recruit untilyearend, when we'll reach 230," Alexandru Costin, general managerof Adobe Romania, told ZF.
He added that in the hiring process Adobe uses social networks suchas Facebook or LinkedIn, the company's website, myadobe.ro, as wellas Google ads. Also, Adobe employees include university teacherswho recruit students. "The best method, though, is that of Internetreferences," added Adobe representative.
Adobe Romania last year registered a 5,200-euro loss amid turnoverworth almost 6.6m-euros, according to Finance Ministry data.
