Alternative fixed telephony and Internet Dial Telecom last year had a turnover worth some 5 million euros and an EBITDA of 14% according to company officials. They estimated the turnover would go up to 6 million euros this year. Telephony generates about 40% of the company's revenues, while 20% come from the Internet and data transmissions services, 10% from specialised services, with the rest accounting for services provided to other operators. Dial Telecom specialises in electronic communications services exclusively for companies and, at the end of 2005 had over 900 companies as its clients. By the end of 2005, the company had invested approximately 1 million euros and will invest a further 700,000 euros this year. "Our investments are mainly directed at enhancing our competitiveness, in accordance with our market position," Florin Furdui, marketing manager of Dial Telecom told ZIARUL FINANCIAR. More specifically, Dial Telecom will invest in a customer relationship management software solution and in a new billing system. The company will also invest in developing its network.
