Cluj-Napoca-based EBS group, a provider of integrated managementsoftware solutions (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP), announcedit ended the first seven months of this year with around 3.8m-euroturnover, over 7% higher from the same period of last year.

The group has budgeted 12% higher turnover for 2010 and 15%higher gross income against 2009, to 6.7m euros and 1.2m euros, respectively.

Last year, EBS's profit reached 1.13m euros, around 22% loweryear-on-year, with the figure harmed both by the difficult ERPmarket conditions, and the company's investments in SAP businessdevelopment.

"As the domestic ERP market is still weak, our foreign marketoperations are the ones to have directly triggered the increase inEBS's revenues. We got the first positive results since startingSAP business and the application management and support servicesunit posted above-average growth," Daniel Metz, a CEO with EBSRomania, told ZF Transilvania.
