US-based Johnson Controls (JCI) group, a 100 million-euro business on the domestic market, will manufacture seats for more than 600,000 Logan cars, half of which will delivered straight to the Automobile Dacia Pitesti plant. JCI has three production facilities on the domestic market and will supply to the Renault group seats for 300,000 Logans made at the Mioveni plant and seats to be exported to the factories that assemble Logans in Morocco, Colombia, Russia, Iran, Brazil and India. Such factories receive supplies from the ILN logistics centre in Mioveni, which will supply 600,000 completely knocked-down kits (CKD) in 2008.
