US-based IT corporation Novell will open an official representative office in Romania early in November, which will allow it to be more active on the Romanian market through its authorised dealers, Radu Radoi, Novell representative in Romania was quoted as saying by Mediafax.
"Considering the current situation in Romania and Novell's authorised activity here, Novell management decided the best moment to officially enter the Romanian market was the beginning of the company's fiscal year," Radoi added.
Novell in Romania has focused on partnership with large companies such as Media Pro Group and Banca ?iriac. Its sales through governmental contracts have significantly increased lately, according to Radoi.
