BitDefender, one of the biggest local IT companies, wants toboost revenue by expanding to markets such as China, now that ithas reached a 2% share of the global IT security software market,after having entered in full gear on Western European and USmarkets over the last few years, Florin Talpes, CEO of the companyand one of the most powerful local IT&C entrepreneurs told ZFin an interview. "China is our number one target at the moment,"says Talpes, who added he had hired a company to look into all thelegal and economic aspects of entering China. "When you go to acountry like that, you don't want to go with one or two people, youwant to grow fast." BitDefender already has employees in Chile, US,Spain or the United Kingdom.
