Varujan Pambuccian's IT consulting firm's turnover down 50% in 2009

CCT Consultants company, a provider of IT consulting servicesentirely controlled by Varujan Pambuccian, a member of the Chamberof Deputies' IT&C Committee, last year saw its turnover halveagainst 2008 after closing a business line.

"We had a consistent area of European funding, but when we sawthis part is very hard to approach, we gave it up and we have twopeople left in charge with this segment," Varujan Pambuccian, asingle shareholder in CCT Consultants, told ZF.
"I did not want to use the levers I had to continue to work in thisfield," he also said.
CCT last year posted 870,000-euro turnover and 2,000-euro netincome, against 1.74m euros and 400,000 euros in 2008, according toFinance Ministry data. The average number of employees in 2009stood at 26 people.
Pambuccian explained the company focused on IT security last year."For this year, we'll continue to focus on the IT security segment,but we also plan to enter other fields, such as that of renewableenergy," Pambuccian also said.
