Real estate consulting company Arco Real Estate Consulting, the newest consulting company on the local market, says it intends to open offices in all counties within the next three to five years, according to company representatives. Having opened its first office in Bucharest, the company's next targets are the cities of Arad and Timisoara. "We are on schedule with our openings in Arad and Timisoara. However, good people are hard to find. The human component is the most important one for us. In the Baltic states, there are real estate brokers who drive Maseratis," says Ciprian Lopata, executive manager of the company. Timisoara-born Lopata, 42, worked in the Baltic states for ten years for companies such as Colgate Palmolive and Procter & Gamble, and returned to Romania in 2005, where he became involved in real estate. He has recently opened Arco's local office, together with several Estonian businessmen. "Through IPC we started three residential projects in Bucharest, two on Fizicienilor Street and one on Contesti street, which total over 700 flats. We are considering selling these projects, for which we have the necessary permits and designs, but may also choose develop them ourselves," stated Lopata.
