Ovidiu Wencz, general manager of charcuterie producerTabco-Campofrio, will not be part of the management of Caroli FoodsGroup, formed by the merger of the Caroli group with the localsubsidiary of European giant Campofrio Food Group, according tosources in the industry.
The quoted sources say Wencz, who has been at the helm ofTabco-Campofrio in the last eight years and one of thelongest-standing chief executives of a multinational subsidiary,will leave the company as soon as the integration process betweenCaroli and Campofrio has been completed.
Contacted by Ziarul Financiar, Ovidiu Wencz did not wish tocomment on the information or provide further details. "It is truethat we have had talks about the company's management structure,but I cannot reveal further details. Until the merger is completed,I will keep my current position," said the general manager ofTabco-Campofrio, a company with around 650 employees and 32 millioneuros in turnover.
