From Obor market traffic is quite easy toward Doamna Ghica areaof Bucharest at noon. You turn right from Colentina road on DoamnaGhica street, you go past the blocked site of Planorama and enterPaharnicul Turturea street, where Romfelt Real Estate firm raisednine blocks with 616 apartments.
The project's sales representatives had planned in the autumn of2009 for the 616 apartments to be sold by the end of lastyear.
"Around 60 families moved into the complex last June. Since then,around 10 more have moved, so that around 70 families now live inthe project. Around 200 apartments have been sold, but there arealso investors or families who bought for their children who arestill in high school," states Corina Dordoi, a sales manager withthe project.
The plan after the project was completed was for a housing unit tobe sold per day.
"When the project was rebranded, we had good sales. Housing unitsare selling on the market, but there are generally old apartments,and at the city outskirts. Price is still the only criterion forclients," says the sales representative.
