Eurom Bank will be listed on Rasdaq market in the first half this year, according to the bank's deputy general manager Alexander Regenbogen. The bank's General Meeting of Shareholders has already agreed to launch the listing procedures. The Eurom Bank official says 2004 is an auspicious year to float the bank, as the stocks, banks' especially, have seen a steady increase in prices. However, despite the high stock prices, Regenbogen claims there are no plans for capital market financing this year. "This will probably be the year of corporate bond issues for the capital market, but the market is not ready for the stock financing yet," he says. ZF
