19.01.2005, 00:00 10

The management of Plastor Oradea, a manufacturer of plastic products, is expecting a turnover of over 14 million euros in 2005, 15% more than in 2005. Sales of the Oradea-based manufacturer have increased steadily in recent years, with the company ending 2004 with a 12.5 million-euro turnover, 20% up on 2003. "This performance is based on the increase in the output of technical parts and garden products, with our company planning new product releases both for the domestic and international market," general manager, Ion Seres, told ZF Transilvania. 55% of Plastor's output was exported to Western European markets in 2004, with the remaining 45% sold in Romania. Plastor was fully privatised by MEBO in 1994, and its shareholders are comprised of 450 people, all of whom are employees of the company. Twelve of the shareholders together own 51%, while the management holds 33%. ZF
