Bearings maker Ina Schaeffler expects 333 million euros (1,432million RON in turnover for 2010 for the plant in holds in Brasov,up 40% on the 235 million euros (999 million RON) recorded lastyear.
According to company representatives, the growth was budgeted basedon the export market and on orders coming from the carindustry.
"This year the foreign market is doing better than in 2009, andthere are more orders coming in from the automotive sector and fromthe industrial sector," said Alexandru Blemovici, the company'sgeneral manager.
Schaeffler manufactures big bearings for use in various sectorsthat include the automotive sector, the industry, and the windpower sector.
