Second Cora hypermarket in Lujerului area

04.07.2003, 00:00 15

French group Cora will open its second hypermarket in Romania next fall, in the Lujerului area (Bucharest), under an investment worth 50 million euros. This is the first time the officials of the French company, a member of retail group Louis Delhaize, have confirmed the location in the Militari area. "The hypermarket will be a little smaller than the one we will open this fall in the Granitul area - 14,000 square metres as compared to 16,000 sq. m - as the available space is smaller than in the Granitul area. However, the malls will be the same size. Moreover, the second hypermarket will also have an underground parking lot, with 2,000 spots," said Regis Mougel, general manager of Cora Romania. ZF
