Cable and satellite communications company UPC Romania has rented an office building in northern Bucharest, which will change its name to the UPC Building, the broker of the deal, CB Richard Ellis, announced. The developer of the project, a private investor, was represented by the local office of real estate company Colliers. The rental transaction was concluded for 5 years and the price in the area stands at approximately 17-18 euros/square metre/month, putting the value of the contract at some 3.5 million euros.
