Law firm Voicu & Filipescu posted an over 3.9 million-euro turnover in the first eight months of this year, from a 3.8 million-euro turnover last year. The company is one of the top ten players on the market in terms of revenues derived in 2007. "We exceeded last year's turnover. This growth has been triggered by a more flexible and result-oriented partnership, and by the team expansion, after we added 13 lawyers to our team, following the merger with Stefanica, Dutu & Asociatii. We did not have enough staff for the ongoing projects at the time, we felt the boost right away, when the number of lawyers rose following the takeover of the Stefanica team and new people being hired," said Daniel Voicu, one of the founding partners of Voicu & Filipescu. Full-year results could see the company exceed the 5 million-euro turnover mark, a 30% increase on 2007.
