Nadia Crisan, managing director of McGuireWoods, the PR andconsultancy firm of Ford Romania, and Paul Flanagan, managingdirector of the National Sales Company joined Ford Romania's Boardof Directors on 19th of March.
Nadia Crisan, 32, has previously worked as a reporter for TVR inthe nineties and lived in the United States for nine years, whereshe attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of the TuftsUniversity of Boston. While in the United States she worked for theRomanian embassy to this country. She came back to Romania in 2007as part of the negotiator team of Ford Europe for the takeover ofthe plant in Craiova.
Ford Romania's board comprises seven members and is headed by KevinReynolds, Ford Europe's director of business strategy.
Ford Motor Company became a 100% shareholder in Automobile Craiovain March after having taken over 22% from SIF Oltenia along withthe other minority stakes from more than 12,000 people last year.
