Porsche Romania, the importer of Audi on the local market, has delivered nine units of the Audi S5 model (the sports version of the Audi A5 coupe), in the first three months of this year, which accounts for around 25% of overall deliveries for the A5 range on the local market. The share of the sales posted by the sports version is very high for this range, whereas the S3 sports version of the A3 model did not attract any clients in the first three months of the year. The Audi A3 compact model sold 91 units. In the case of the Audi A8 saloon car, four of the 16 units sold were S8 models (the sports version), the same proportion as for the A5 coupe. In the first quarter of this year, Audi, the premium brand of the group, saw a 14% sales increase, and reached 678 units.
