Three foreign companies, which are already operating or havebeen involved in developing digital terrestrial television incountries such as Hungary, France, and Austria, are among thepotential winners of digital television licences, which will beawarded by the end of 2010.
The conditions of contract for awarding the two multiplex licencesfor DVB-T digital terrestrial television in Romania, a compulsorystep in the process of selecting the winner, have been bought byseven companies: ORS (Austria), TDF (France), General Satellite(Russia), and four local companies, announced the CommunicationsManagement and Regulatory Authority National (ANCOM).
