The new market strategy of Banc Post will focus more on the corporate segment, mainly the small and medium-sized enterprises. "The corporate segment has held a rather small share in our total business volume, as retail has definitely fuelled our growth. We are now planning to achieve balance. The bank's future strategy, which will most likely be discussed at the beginning of next month, is mainly aimed at the development of the small and medium-sized companies," Doru Lionachescu, in charge with the corporate segment development, told Ziarul Financiar. Doru Lionachescu was brought by Banc Post's new shareholder (Greek group Eurobank) from Citibank Romania, to set up a department dedicated to SMEs and multinationals. ZF
