Banca Romaneasca looks for clients among SMEs

28.02.2007, 18:31 7

Banca Romaneasca, the local branch of the National Bank of Greece, launched three funding projects yesterday, dedicated to small and middle-size enterprises (SMEs), through which it covers the needs for working capital (repayable in 12 months), as well as for funding investments (repayable within 7 years). The interest for these credits is calculated depending on the interest on the European market (EURIBOR), to which a margin is added, which is set with the clientes creditworthiness. These credits are dedicated to SMEs with an annual turnover of at least 1.5 million RON and at least one year of activity. The bank also offers a revolving line of credit, through which it offers funding of over 200,000 RON (approximately 59,000 euros) for SMEs with a turnover of at least 3.5 million RON a year. The line of financing is granted for a six-month period, with the possibility for it to be extended after a reassessment of the clientes economical-financial situation.
