Businessman Gabi Stan, with several tens of millions inbusinesses on the distribution market, built 96 apartments inBrasov within the Bellevue Residence project, where the price of apenthouse reaches 740,000 euros. According to companyrepresentatives, around 80% of the 96 apartments have already beensold. The project also entails a second phase, whose completion isexpected in late next year. "The project entails 9 blocks ofapartments, 6 of which have been completed, with the remaining 3blocks to be delivered in December of next year. We have soldaround 80% of the first-phase apartments, 25% of the second-phaseapartments, and 5% are booked," said Gabriel Stan, general managerand owner of Gabi's Development. Price range between 119,000 eurosplus VAT for a two-room apartment and 740,000 euros for a penthousewith a 227 square-metre built area and a 144 square-metreterrace.
